Step 1: Review our Admissions Considerations

Our application review centers on your preparedness for success at Kettering and includes consideration of your overall GPA, 听grade pattern, and selection of courses throughout high school.
Required High School Coursework
- 2 years of Algebra
- 1 year of Geometry
- 1 semester of Trigonometry or equivalent
- 2 years of Lab Science, one must be Chemistry or Physics
- 3 years of English

- Kettering does not have a fixed formula for admission, however, we do seek students who exhibit a strong record of achievement.

- Dual Enrolled and Early College students are considered first-year applicants.
- Transfer students who have completed high school and enrolled in college, even for one term or less, must apply as transfer applicants.听

Early Action I
- Apply by November 15 - get a decision by December 15.
Early Action II

Step 3: Complete your application
To complete your application and make this a reality, we need one last thing from you -- your official transcripts. If you've not done so already, please contact your school to request official transcripts to be sent to the University. We highly recommend you order your official transcripts online from or .
Prior to your enrollment, we must receive your final official high school transcripts. If you participated in an early/middle college program or a dual enrollment program, we must also receive official transcripts from each college.

Step 4: Submit your test scores (optional)听
If you have elected to submit test scores, please request official scores through ACT or SAT directly, unless they are included on your official high school transcript.

Homeschool Students
澳门六合彩历史记录 welcomes applications from homeschooled students. Students should submit official transcripts of grades, signed and certified by their home school instructor. Transcripts should clearly list the grade levels (9-12), course names, and the grade earned for each course. Students who have taken any courses in a formal high school or college/university setting are required to submit official transcripts from those schools as well.听The听Office of Undergraduate Admissions听will contact the student鈥檚 primary educator if additional information is needed.

Transfer Students
Students transferring to Kettering from another university should be taking 14 to 16 credits per semester of coursework similar to what is being taken by a 澳门六合彩历史记录 student. Some students may need to complete recommended science and math courses before transferring to assure proper academic preparation for Kettering.
